Our Policy
Nuance Music Studio Enrollment Waiver & Information:By enrolling, I understand that this waiver applies to my current and all future enrollments at Nuance Music Studio.
Class Enrollment:
A space has been reserved for my child in the class time I selected. Makeup classes may be available as long as my enrollment is active and depending on the class type. It is my responsibility to contact the studio in a timely manner to schedule them.
Payments:
Monthly tuition is a recurring charge, billed once a month at the beginning of the month. Our school year includes 40 weeks of instruction, running from September through June. To simplify planning for families, annual tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments, regardless of how many class weeks fall within a particular month. If I wish to cancel my registration for an upcoming unit, I must do so before the last day of the previous month to avoid being charged. All payments are final. A nonrefundable $60 registration fee is charged at the time of enrollment. This fee secures my spot for the full school year and covers the cost of all instruments and materials. I may choose monthly autopay or pay upfront for the full 20-week semester. If I’d like to pay upfront, I will email contact@nuancemusicstudio.com after registering and let Nuance Music Studio know.
Studio Information & Liability:
I have read and understand the Nuance Music Studio enrollment information. I release all rights and claims for damages against Nuance Music Studio and its staff (including owners) in the event of injury to myself, my child(ren), or any caregiver attending on our behalf during any studio activities. I will ensure that any caregiver bringing my child to class is made aware of this waiver.
Media Release:
I give permission for my child(ren) to be photographed/videoed for promotional materials (such as flyers, website content, blog posts, and in-studio displays). I do so without expectation of compensation and understand that photos/videos may be used at Nuance Music Studio’s discretion, now or in the future. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuance Music Studio and owners from any related claims.
